What do you think are the most necessary certifications that a web developer should pass? What is more valued now, what is worth spending time and money on?

There is no better certificate than your rocked git. If this is not a state structure or any Yandex with Google, diplomas and certificates are not needed, since an example of your code is needed. Words and pieces of paper are decaying, show me the code.
