What causes mysql to constantly restart?

It costs ubuntu server 16.04 mariadb 10.
Periodically reboots by itself, the logs are not written, because of what could it be?
Through ssh, I cannot disable Mysql myself, because none of the commands work, has anyone encountered this phenomenon?
