What causes "Couldn't create virtue order No order created" error in mart?

In virtuemart, when confirming an order, it says "Couldn't create order No order created". Joomla version 2.5.9, virtuemart 2.0.20. From what point it began is unknown, but the site was transferred from hosting to hosting. Please let me know, thanks in advance

It turned out that during the transfer, keys and increments flew off in the Virtumart tables
