What causes an error when including Driver POstgresql in build.gradle?

I want to connect Driver Postgresqljar ( implementation 'org.postgresql:postgresql:jar:42.2.18'
) but it gives an error ( > Could not find org.postgresql:postgresql:jar.
) it can't seem to find the module, help me fix it here is a screenshot just in case
