What causes a hard drive to crash?
Hello. I have such a problem that on one computer the hard drive is constantly "flying". Changed it 4 times under warranty. Lasts no more than a year. At first I thought the batch might be defective. Now, when it starts to "click" and turn off for the fifth in a row, I'm sure that the problem is in my computer.
I understand that no one will give an exact answer, I'm interested to hear the opinion.
PS in the gland is a complete zero. I have an amd phenom ii x4 955. The toshiba dt01aca050
PPS hard drive starts to turn off during the robots (it stops making noise for a couple of seconds, then it starts up). When you turn off the PC, the disk slows down, tries to turn off and "clicks".

Did they change the disk for you, but did not repair it?
There can be many problems.
Overheats.
Poorly fixed, vibrates, fails mechanically.
Unsuccessful, unreliable wiring, a bad power supply, regular power surges from some kind of refrigerator that is turned on give a drop or, vice versa, power surges that reach the screw. True, the computer itself, in theory, should hang sometimes.
Stupidly the power cable from the screw is broken, gives breakdowns from vibration.
Near the place where the screw is fixed, there is a large magnet that affects its operation. For example, a powerful speaker / subwoofer is just next to the case. It has an effect on work.
Something like this.
