What can you equip an Android smartphone with?

While I have CM7, Dsploit, I can set up OpenVPN, I can change the MAC address of the device, mount the Ext partition from the memory card to some directory, run Linux and connect to them on the locale via VNC, I can get into the console via adb ... Maybe I forgot something else.
So the question is what interesting things can be done with it / how to use
