What can replace the WiFi module in a laptop?

I have a Lenovo B570e laptop with a Broadcom BCM4313 WiFi card.
What can it be replaced with? Preferably Atheros.

And actually than Brodcom does not suit? Or do you need 5GHz support? Setevushki usually change without problems, especially since your series seems to have models with Atheros, which means the BIOS and drivers must be supported.
