What can replace a lean startup?
Hello everyone
. At the moment, on a couple of my projects, I use the lean-startup technique, when I have an idea for an improvement (a new feature), an MVP is developed for it, tested, and then it’s already decided: leave it or go to the dump.
The problem is that with the development of projects, the size (complexity) of these features increases and it turns out that I began to spend too many resources on testing them.
What can be replaced with a lean startup to reduce the number of failed trials?

For expertise + intuition = experience.
You choose what you think will definitely shoot and stubbornly saw. If it worked out - well done. If not, then +1 experience - you can choose the next project.
For example, I have been doing this for the second year https://DebtsTracker.io/ .
