What can cause the system and compressed memory process to appear?

Recently I noticed how this process appeared and over time it starts to eat more and more RAM and after a while it starts to eat processor resources. And it starts to eat when downloading files, when viewing a flash, the cursor starts to freeze (light friezes).
Somewhere on the Internet I found that you can disable the RAM check in the scheduler and the problem will disappear, but it did not help me. I checked all the RAM through memtest, which comes with the opensuse image, the tests were passed, no errors were found. I downloaded a utility from Intel to check the processor for errors, I also did not find anything.
...Tell me what could be the problem? Is it hardware or is the OS itself playing pranks (it costs windows 10, did a recent reinstallation and still the same problem)? And if iron, then what exactly is already dying and needs to be replaced? What is the best way to check?

Try in the Microsoft->Windows->MemoryDiagnostic task scheduler disable the RunFullMemoryDiagnostic task
