What can cause the monitor to blink?

Good afternoon. For a long time the monitor began to blink when you turn on the PC and the game steering wheel. When you turn on the PC, the monitor blinks 10 times. Then if during the day you connect the game steering wheel via usb, the monitor will blink again. Previously, the monitor still blinked when the speakers were turned on, but then it stopped. hung on the speaker button Conder. The monitor is connected via a Dp cable, I tried to connect it via hdmi and to different ports of the video card - everything is the same. The entire config was bought back in 2017, only the PSU in 2014 and the video card in 2019. Also in 2019, I cleaned the PSU from dust, no pregnant conders were found.

Periodically, the monitor can blink when I take the headphones from the table and put them on - it generally kills me, but this is very rare, but it scares me even more because it defies logic.

PC, monitor, speakers, tel. charging and game steering wheel - everything is connected to the pilot and the pilot himself is connected to the Ippon Smart Power Pro 1400VA UPS, the UPS itself to the outlet. Tried to connect the monitor to another outlet - the same thing. I measured the voltage on the monitor while it was blinking - no drawdowns.

The monitor's power supply is exhausted. If external - just buy a new one. If internal - monitor for repair.

Most likely static electricity.
You can check in the following way: if the computer is on Windows, put it to sleep, put a chair next to it, take off your things (preferably from synthetics) and hang them on a chair nearby. From a statics the computer "wakes up". And in working condition it will blink frequently.
