Greetings! There is a site gameoverwatch.com and I noticed 2 problems on chrome, 1 background flashing when moving to another section, 2 font flashing. Everything is great in other browsers. Caching is enabled, the background is compressed as much as possible without loss.
ps font and background are loaded first.

Checked on a poppy in Chrome - everything is OK!
Try disabling all extensions in chrome and see if it jumps or not.
In general, it blinks when the site is redrawn.
