I checked it in my unity at all resolutions, including under the Galaxy S9 with dimensions of 1080 x 2009, well, it’s written in the Google console, although there seem to be other parameters in sales, in general, I checked it on 7 of my phones and everything is fine, in the unity test so it looks like this,

The actual screen height in Google's test device is less than in your editor, so it's moving out.
I advise you to slightly modify the interface so that the buttons are resized depending on the height of the screen.
You can do this, for example, using the Vertical Layout Group , or insert the levels button into the ScrollView
