What can cause a black screen on Youtube under Google Chrome?

Good afternoon, advise what could be the problem?
On some videos on YouTube, there is a black screen, the video is not visible, but the sound goes on. If you click on the link to this video to open in a new window, then the video works. Restarting chrome doesn't help.
Deleted the cache.
Disabled plugins.
Prescribed launch flags in the shortcut.
Reinstalled windows.
Disabled all programs.
Switched the flash plugin from built-in to external.
Nothing helps. Help advice.

The description is similar to this chrome bug ( 322804 ).
I won’t say about Win, but in Linux it bothers me notably.
