What can be used to work with payment systems - payment and verification of its success?

There is a task: the service must accept payments through the POISON and WM. Are there any APIs, possibly third-party services, in order to make online payment for services and subsequent verification to provide paid services? I read about WM on Habré, but perhaps there are already simpler solutions?
