Each time you turn it on after entering the user password, this appears:

After a couple of minutes of torsion, the system boots up as if nothing had happened (no messages, nothing). Didn't seem to have updated.

The question is removed, really the firewall did not start up. There was a window about the end of the settings, apparently, when it was updated to 9h2, I clicked on "postpone", and it just started to climb out. Thanks to all)

This window appears periodically and contains some settings. Something like, like the others, "Check your account settings."
Either you unsuccessfully blocked "spying" or this program does not have access to the network.
