What can be read to understand the "mathematical" language?

In the process of studying algorithms, I often come across all sorts of mathematical formulas that I don’t always understand, for example:

What can I read to start understanding them, at least at a basic level? I did not graduate from institutes, mostly I studied development myself) Algorithms are needed for interviews in Western companies.

Go to the website of Moscow State University, Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, read the training program and master it on your own using textbooks and problem books. If this works out :)
