What can be problems with the locale?

A little background. I like to gather with my friends at home and play some kind of crap on LAN. Literally a month (maybe less) ago we played Frozen Throne. Everything went smoothly. Connection speed up to 300 Mbps. Just recently, there was a need to urgently finish the map for MineCraft. An online map using command blocks, so at least two players connected to the world are required. Opened a map for the local area on the first machine - no problem. On the second I check the multiplayer list - I did not find local worlds. In Frozen Throne, the list of created games is also not displayed. Help people! What could be the possible causes of this problem? Both machines are running Windows 7. Zyxel Keenetic Omni of the first generation with firmware v2.03(AAKU.0)C4 is used to organize the local area.

1. Ping the router from each computer.
2. Ping another computer from one computer.
3. Disable the firewall on the server computer.

Anything at all can be. First you need to check the wires.
