What can be further ways of development of an engineer/programmer/manager?

Good afternoon everyone!
Please share your opinion with the community, in which direction it is better to develop: I
have experience as an engineer (VoIP / Telephony, Unix, scripts, testing and operation of equipment), a lead engineer, and a head of an operation group.
Now I work as an Oracle programmer and part-time teamlead.
Basic skill: I learn any technical specialty very quickly (Example - Oracle in 3 months from zero to a seemingly good level), I easily understand unfamiliar hardware / software (up to a certain level, of course).
All my adult life I like to deal with hardware / software, look for various undocumented features, repair and modify anything: from mobile phones to cars.
The problem is that I burn out very quickly, it becomes not interesting, the work turns into a routine. At the same time, there is a family that needs to be provided for - I don’t want to rush somewhere into the unknown and start from scratch just like that, without clear prospects.
Maybe the community knows and will suggest such work (examples), or at least directions that constantly involve something new, and at the same time are well paid?
Where in our country can people with a very high technical learning ability be in demand now?
I'm sure there are companies that are purposefully looking for people like me, but how to find each other?

@metamorph

Become Oracle DBA (certificates, all bullshit), then become trainers/teachers.
You definitely won't get bored with teaching.
