What can be expected from Indian colleagues?
Hello everyone
Now I will work in a team where some of the employees are Indians from India. Can you tell me what you can expect from them, and how do Indians usually treat colleagues?

well, it’s not like they shake their heads in agreement))) it’s generally a shock when you discuss something difficult with them
with fantasy, there may be specific difficulties. in some places wildly low qualifications. overloads with formalism and hierarchies in the company. this is a consequence of hiring relatives.
but there are also normal ones.
The same as from us - there are lazy, there are hard-working. Some are dumb, some are smart.
If an Indian is stupid, it will be difficult to convince him of this.
If he is smart, he knows it himself, and most likely will be able to use you perfectly.
I don’t know about colleagues, but I don’t recommend working for Indians. Twice in my life they threw, before that they had a decently patted nerves.
In general, having lived in India for a long time, I can say that they are like aliens for us. It seems that all people are the same way, but Indians still think very differently than we do. They have a very ancient and unusual culture, which has a lot of positive things (for example, ideas about non-violence and, as a result, vegetarianism). The problem is that adapting to this in a work team may not be easy.
I concluded for myself that I would actively avoid any cooperation with the Indians. They threw me very hard, and this, I understand, is far from an isolated case, but rather a pattern. I will come to them to rest, but to work together - no, thank you.
You can expect a lot of Hindu movies in the exchanger and not only "not for adults". stupid phrases “Russian stupid coder. Let him go clean the toilets" in Hindu. A couple of complaints about your poor coding ... to get a distant relative to work in your place. Well, a lot of rather funny cases that a fragile psyche can hardly digest.
