Whether actually interests it is possible to make something if the provider replaces certificates?
Going to another is not an option, in the house there is only this provider and Rostelecom.
Others are simply not allowed :(
PS I'll clarify. I would like to know if it is possible to somehow influence the provider itself? In the end, the provider can also try to replace the certificate on the VPN server, right?

In general, the provider, and even more so, RosTelecom is subject to some niibic number of instructions, regulations, laws, regulations ... Most likely, they don’t need your traffic - they just have some kind of order on this matter.
Because VPN, if you are confused by editing traffic (substitution of a certificate is editing traffic)
