At the first stage, I would check whether it is possible to get what the investor plans within the framework of the initial data.
Is there a demand for ostriches or eggs? Does it exist in Russia? If yes, how much is it now? If it does not exist, how will it be formed? How long will it take. Is there a plan B - export of products to other countries.
Are there any restrictions on the part of the legislation - licensing, examination, etc. My acquaintances are building a plant and for the third year they have not been able to build a road to their plant, because a piece of land through which the road runs for some wrong type of destination is federally owned and I cannot solve it at the local level.
