What camera to use for broadcasting, or what is better to choose?

Hello!
I am an active user of Canon DSLRs, but my "a la 650d" stubbornly do not want to be friends with laptops (both win and mac) (revisions of videos on how to use them as a webcam in conjunction with OBS did not help ..)
Which camera purchase for direct inclusion? I'm looking in the direction of 70d .. but I'm not 100% sure..
Or is it worth looking in the direction of a stray like camlink?
