What camera phones (phones with good cameras) exist?

I look at Nokia Lumia 1020 and see 2 of its shortcomings:
1) She is two years old, she is outdated in hardware and software (outdated Windows Phone.).
2) Too small, I would like something around 5.5-6"
What phones with excellent cameras are on sale?
Android OS is desirable.

Well, regarding Nokia - a Windows update has recently been released. So there is nothing outdated in terms of software.
Regarding droid phones - look towards Sony. They have good cameras.

IMHO, an ordinary soap dish is better than a smartphone, well, no smartphone with a scanty matrix can take normal photos ... all these mega pixels are just enlarged minipixels ... how people don’t understand ....

Either you want good photos (and dive into this business with your head, with the corresponding costs of time and money), or you get mediocre results. There is an intermediate option, it provides for a high-quality soap dish like the Sony I mentioned earlier in the comments - it is pocket-sized, and at the same time better than smartphone cameras.
Whatever one may say, the picture is drawn by the optics and the matrix, and the larger and more expensive they are, the better the result with the same radius of curvature of the hands (but this curvature can nullify any technical advantage).
For example, pictures of Panasonic Lumix DMC-CM1 compared to Nokia .
Nokia really shoots well, somewhere better, somewhere worse. Well, then you think what you like best, based on real shots, availability, budget, and other performance characteristics.
For example, according to Lumix:
A stupid review of Panasonicwhich by the way is under android 4.4. Also not the most recent OS, and updates, something tells me, you will not wait.
A detailed review with an analysis of quality and with links to other reviews.
Brief criticism ( in fact, criticism is more likely a form factor than a specific model).
Please note: Panasonic Lumix, like many camera phones, EMNIP does not have a replaceable battery (like traditional cameras). But the Samsung Galaxy Camera 2 has. But it has a small matrix (as a result, a lot of noise, aggressive noise reduction and as a result "porridge") and a different shape (which also has pluses and minuses), android 4.3, and the image quality is incomparably worse (see Image Quality section).
But you can’t buy Lumix, it doesn’t exist anywhere yet, it seems, and it will also cost a lot, with not to say outstanding quality.
In general, since camera phones are (a) rare and (b) very compromise units, it is not easy to compare them, because everywhere there will be something missing. Therefore, it is better to choose a specific model yourself - or spit on everything and take Lumiya, it is quite possible that it will be enough for you.
As for the OS version, etc., does it really matter to you? IMHO WinFone has a lot of restrictions (customization, access to the FS; my information could be outdated, because I don’t follow), independent of the version, so it’s not that important. In android version 4.4+, they still have real advantages over the previous ones in terms of the smoothness of the interface and the functionality sometimes supported by the software (for example, contactless payments through Visa Paywave emulation in the Corn program only work with 4.4+).
