What budget vidyuhi is suitable for a 3k monitor (not for games)?

I decided to take this one instead of a second monitor .
The computer has a Lokhov video card from AMD (at a price of about 2500-3000 rubles), since I don’t play games. The computer is purely for development and watching movies. OS Ubuntu 18.04.
