What budget smartphone to buy?

Good day dear toasters. I ask everyone for help in choosing a budget, but reliable smartphone.
Budget: 5000 rubles. (maybe 6000 rubles with a good smartphone)
OS: Android || WP
Purposes of use:
- surfing the Internet (good 3G performance)
- using maps (good GPS performance)
- reading books and comics in readers (preferably a clear screen)
- playing 2D games (have at least 768MB RAM)
Battery size it doesn't matter, because I have an external one for charging via USB. The quality of the touch screen is very important.

The budget is small even for a Chinese phone - but here, in general, thanks to the dollar, you want a normal body for less than $ 100 (consider before the crisis it would cost ~ 2000r). With the above requirements, I would take Xiaomi Redmi 2 or UMI Hammer. Actually, I have a second one. They are certainly more expensive, but cheaper you will most likely take slag.

I agree that Sony is one of the best and budget companies.
