What browser vendor prefix removal tool do you use?

The bottom line is, there is an auto-fixer and this is a very good tool, but maybe someone knows some shortcomings, I
just look at it.
Before using the autoprefixer, as I understand it, it's better to remove all vendor prefixes that were written for this.
Is there any tool or how do you solve this problem?
