What books to read to a novice sysadmin of unix-like systems?

Advise, please, books or articles (I know that there are on Habré, but I again lost sight of them) to a beginner sis. to the administrator, who saw only ubuntu in person and that's it.

+ LOR + opennet - even if nothing is clear, just read, then you will remember when you need it, and when you go
deeper - all sorts of "linux through the eyes of a hacker" are possible, not that it through the eyes of a hacker, but you will see the presentation of material from some other point

I'm very interested in the Unix kernel itself. And I want to read literature on my own, which will help me in the future at an interview for the position of a system administrator. After looking at the requirements for the candidate, I did not understand at all what to do there. I know that Windows sys.admin simply sets up the network and org equipment. But the responsibilities, for example, on Linux are not entirely clear. So I need a general for a beginner. Maybe where to start when studying. So there was not enough practice at the time.
