What books to read on web servers?

Good afternoon!
I work as an intern/junior sysadmin. I service all systems, except for the web - a third-party organization is engaged in the development and support of the company's website. Accordingly, I do not understand the operation of web servers.
I would like to find books on this subject. Google usually offers books on php, where several chapters are devoted to the server, or a book on Linux in general, where again two or three chapters describe how the web works.
Is there something more detailed?
