3D Math Primer for Graphics and Game Development
I studied this one. Most of the book is devoted to mathematics for rendering, there is not much about collisions and physics in general. I really liked it at the time. Also, if you really intend to write your own engine, then I advise you to first understand how existing engines work under the hood.
