What books to read?

Good day, tell me, I used to do web programming, I decided to try something more, I jumped from language to language (java, c #, etc.), as a result I started learning c ++ from the book by S. Prat, I really like everything, I plan to develop further in this direction (who wouldn’t say that it’s difficult, etc.), so I started to sort it out, and topics about bits, bytes, etc. went on, and since they taught computer science from a small city to “fuck off”, so that’s what your help, considering everything that I wrote above, advise literature on my topic (bits, bytes, number systems, etc.), so that it would be useful to broaden my horizons and be useful, well, plus some generalized books that would help develop on computer topics, thanks in advance.

Bits, bytes and number systems is computer science.
Take the preparation for the USE / GIA, there it should be in preparation for part A.
You have already been answered that number systems can be learned in preparation for the USE in computer science. Stop jumping from language to language and learn the basics.
Have you tried googling these definitions and sorting them out?
