What books or materials are worth studying for a complete understanding of programming?

Good day! Lately, I have sat down with books on algorithms, as well as solving various problems on them. True, knowledge is not enough for a full-fledged programmer, and I would like to know what materials are worth studying, especially on operating systems, computer hardware, database basics. There is a lot of knowledge, but unfortunately all of them are superficial, so I will be very (very, very) grateful for your recommendations.
Thank you very much in advance ;)

None. You don't know what problems you will face when you code in Java 10 in 3-5 years. Technologies are developing so fast that only by feeling them for several years, one can predict something in terms of "full" understanding. It is not for nothing that there are juniors, middles, and seniors in general are usually given 5+ years of experience. So, in terms of "complete understanding of programming", you can not bathe at all. Read the classics: GoF, Kormen, Knut.

I think it's worth starting with SICP.
The book is in the public domain.
There is a very good translation into Russian by Georgy Bronnikov
. I think the book needs no introduction, just a huge number of reviews on the Internet.
