What books or articles do you need to read to become a non-print vector illustrator?

Hello!
Can you please tell me what books or articles you need to read in order to learn all the necessary rules for working with microstocks as a vector illustrator? Works for WEB. Not for print. I read all the most obvious articles, but still something is wrong. Fantasy is all right. Works suffer technically in terms of source code preparation. It is possible that I am making one mistake, but I cannot identify it. Stock rejects.
Thank you for attention!

1. Correctly written above: read the requirements of the drain, this is the main thing. All other articles on the Internet are tips and tricks, not requirements. Depending on the specific requirements and what specifically does not work out, there will already be tips on what to read.
2. If the stock rejects, then either they didn’t do it as in the requirements, or the work is frankly weak. Show what you rejected, show what requirements the rejected stock has and show / tell what you uploaded to them. Can't guess here. Your work will not lose exclusivity at all. the same preview will be available on the stock itself. If you are embarrassed to show it is another matter (perhaps this is the reason for the refusal).
3. In case of refusal, they clearly write what is wrong. Post the text of the refusal - this will immediately give an answer to the question "What am I doing wrong."
4. If the work is in vector, then they are already suitable for printing)
In general, just the technical side is the most elementary thing that can be done for stocks. Save a file in a specific format - what could be easier? More often they refuse due to the fact that the work does not correspond to the general level (although this is highly dependent on the specific stock, everyone has different requirements; the larger the stock, the more stringent the quality requirements).

Microstock rules should be read, not articles. And to evaluate, give examples of work. How can you say something without knowing what.
