What books on patterns, besides the classic GoFb, would you recommend?

Greetings!
Actually, a subject, ideally with examples in python / C / C ++. It’s hard for me to read the Gang of Four book - my acquaintance with Java was very sad, and although I read and write code normally, sad memories constantly pop up and after 5 pages I close with disgust.
