Zubkov S. Assembler for DOS, Windows and UNIX
+ Lessons from Iczelion (on wasm.in)
+ MASM32 package (for programming in Win32)
+ OllyDbg debugger
+ other goodies (I liked the RADAsm IDE).
Continue the wasm.in forums and gradually dive into specialization
