What book to read on PostgreSQL?

Hello, can you recommend a good book, in English on PostgreSQL. Well and generally on SQL. The book is needed with an emphasis on development, not administration. Or leave links to good mana (read the official ones).

- www.postgresql.org/docs/books - those that for version 9+ you can safely acquire and read. I focus on "PostgreSQL Server Programming", "PostgreSQL: Up and Running" and "PostgreSQL 9 Administration Cookbook".
- postgresql.leopard.in.ua - a pretty good book in the public domain, more about administration, but from my own experience I will say that the development and administration of PostgresQL are very closely related.
