What books and materials to choose?

Hi friends. Poorly worded question, but I'll try to explain everything here.
I was very interested in mathematics and robotics. I want to find books on mathematics, but with robotics everything is different. I came across a book, they painted it, the basics of electronics and programming are required. With programming, everything is fine with me, but electronics? I googled and for some reason did not find anything, I got confused in the information. The author in the book says that he will program AVR microcontrollers in C. Where can I learn the basics of electronics? Who knows, please throw off books and materials on mathematics and electronics. In general, my goal is to learn how to create robots. The books are old, examples from them are unlikely to be repeated, but the theory in them is chewed up remarkably.
Then we buy such a
thing and understand. A good help in this will be the book "Arduino for beginner wizards"
