What book would explain this?

Could you recommend a book, course or article that could explain how servers and computers work in particular. So that there is a normal explanation of what AJAX, XHR, iFrame, RAM, Virtualization, PSU and UPS, modem, modulation, what is a torrent, how SSD differs from HHD, what is the difference between Mbps and MB / s, and so on and so on .

It's easier to go the usual way of a programmer - google individually and proofread all the material. At least on the topics covered, this is the easiest way to go, rather than delving into books where there will be too many unnecessary details.
