What book about perceptrons would you recommend?
I'm looking for a book about Rosenblatt's perceptron. Since there are a lot of books on artificial neural networks, but there is no experience in this area, it is difficult to choose something.
Preferably with a not very complicated description and examples of software implementation. The presence of a matan in the book does not frighten.
I found several books on the topic, but they are all too ancient, but I want to get more or less relevant knowledge.

Rosenblatt F. Principles of neurodynamics. Perceptrons and the theory of brain mechanisms
Ancient != bad. Start with the classics. Then you can independently figure out what exactly is relevant from your point of view.
