Neural networks - who is involved in them?
Is there a profession where you need to work more with machine learning than analytics, like Data Scentists?

A little strange question. ML is one of the components of DS. Data Analytics is different. Data Engineering is the third. Each specialist who calls himself Data Scentists by his qualification represents just a point in the space of these coordinates. Whether to call each of the qualifications a separate profession is unlikely. Although it all depends on the specific office (and specific staffing). And they train future specialists in Data Science (I mean serious universities, whose opinion you can rely on, and not super courses "From a beginner to a super specialist in 7 days!!"
Something like this.
I would change this wonderful picture a little, by changing the captions. Only the essence of the problem does not change much. Well, you want to call it ML Researcher. Or translate this term into Russian, if you can.
