What blocks ports on a huawei router?
You need to open port 5900 on the huawei hg8245 router. Enabled upnp in the router settings, and also registered the port in the Port mapping configuration. I checked the port on the site 2ip writes the port is closed. I thought that something was blocking it on the computer, so I registered the port in the firewall exception and turned off the antivirus, but the ports are still closed. I took the ipv4 address from the console with the ipconfig command, they exactly match. I am attaching screenshots.

In order to have access to your PC from the outside, you need a white ip. What's the difference if the port is open or not when it's behind nat.
If you need one at a time, we buy a vpn that knows how to ports and dedicated ip, we open ports, we do our business, we issue a refund
And don’t argue in another answer, everything was correctly painted there.
To the question: why does it work in LAN, but not via the Internet?
I will answer that wol also works fine in LAN, but not via the network! At least open all the ports and the firewall is offline
Simple googling on the topic “why do you need a white ip” Will
slightly expand knowledge in this area
I also recommend reading “networks for the smallest” is also a lot of useful information
