I am making a service on SaaS solutions and I need a simple billing that will automatically charge money from users' cards once a month and that will just have REST to check that the user has paid for the service and it can be provided to him. I'm thinking about small amounts (about $1 per month) and payments around the world, so ideally the service itself will take care of VAT and other issues, take ~ 8% from transactions and make a transfer to my bank upon request. What are the solutions?
