What, besides Visual Studio, can build code maps?

I liked the ability to build code maps in VS. Is there similar functionality in other IDEs/standalone programs? Interested primarily in Mono/Linux, Java would also be interesting.

IntelliJ IDEA has such a thing - https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/help/viewing-diagra... I don't know how similar the functionality is to the map from Visual Studio

There is an add-on minimap for the Atom. But, similarly to Evgeny, I don’t know how similar it is to the BC code map
