We needed an audio player for the site, and preferably with the ability to re-register without disassembling the swf. But those that are on the Internet in most cases are not supported by Safari. To begin with, it will be enough to at least solve this problem, the design - somehow you can get by. Some examples work on creator sites (including Safari), but uploaded sources refuse to function in Safari. What the chip is not yet understood. (May require an additional audio file besides mp3 - ogg). Or do you need specific html5 settings for Safari?

I don't understand why the Ajax tag. I recommend soundManager. Very handy, lots of examples. Based documentation in English, but very clear. There are events, playlists. I only use it. Basically it only requires mp3, I don't remember exactly.
