What are your thoughts on October CMS?

Good afternoon, I made a redesign of my site, now there will be a layout and I was thinking on which system to put my site on. Website with portfolio, main page, blog page + multilingual. Thought modX but recently stumbled upon OctoberCMS , and many praise for the great features of this CMS. I assume that such CMS is a level higher than standard WordPress. I would like to hear your opinions about this CMS, maybe some experience, and what you should know before starting development. And most importantly, under the requirements that I described above, the system is perfect (I know that almost any site can be integrated on CMS, but is it appropriate to use October for this task)
