What are your arguments for and against the site name in the Title?

I would like to know your opinion about the name of the site in each Title, who is for, who is against and which is better in your opinion?
That is, an example of the Title of the pages: "Page Title - Site Title" or "Page Title".

When calculating relevance - title is calculated as another separate text field with higher priority. Accordingly, all the "water" must be removed. the name of the store, in this case, is not just "water" but also duplication of content.

Everything is simple - if it is a commercial site, then it is desirable to include the name of the company / brand in the title.
If the site is informational and unknown to anyone, it doesn’t make much sense, but to increase brand awareness, the influence is rather positive.

You can write "Page name - Site name", but why?
For promotion, it's easier to "Page Title".

Another such option is possible - "Site name: Page name" - suitable if the short name of the site
In the old fashioned way I do "Page name | Site name", but now I thought that you can get by with "Page name", and the site will symbolize favicon

The main thing is to write the site name after the page title.
