What are you doing AngularJs server-side rendering?

Good afternoon everyone!
The point is this: I'm making a site on AngularJs and approached the issue of server-side rendering of the application. And, accordingly, the following questions:
1) As I understand it, Angular Universal is intended for the 2nd version of Angular and higher, if not, then correct it.
