Actually, recommend an external video capture card with recording in UltraHD 4K (2160p on YouTube), the ability to stream to Twitch/YouTube and connect to PS4/Xbox One (in addition to PC).

From what sources?
This is done by the software, not the card.
Many cards can capture with HDMI, but PS4/Xbox doesn't have 4K.

By the way, 4k is rarely used in streams and it's better to limit yourself to 1080p. Otherwise, you run the risk of running into the width of the channel, or paying several times more for iron.

Please note that many have a built-in client for broadcasting directly to Twitch, youtube, ustream and other RTMP services.
