What are these things about Ruby on Rails testing?

I want to learn how to test Rails applications.
But here such things appear:
- RSpec
- unit tests
- unit tests
- functional tests
- MiniTest
I don't even know what belongs to what and I have these questions:
1) How can I sort the above things?
2) Is it possible to write tests with one RSpec without using the others?
