What are these redirects and how to fix them?

Hello! I need your advice. I decided to dig into the webmaster and came across this (the screen is attached).

This site links to our site with a redirect. When I click on the links, I get either to a site selling some drugs for men, or to 18+ sites. I also found other links with the same address that give a redirect to Google.
Please explain what it is and how it can be fixed (if at all?). Thanks for the help.

Install an ad blocker like AdBlockPlus or uBlock so that the left scripts from ad blocks are not loaded.
