What are these icons called and where can I set them up?

What are these icons called (not in the sense of their appearance, but their action) and where to configure their scan? For example, a wrench shows on the right that it is either Emmet or describes some property.

And the cube defines, as I understand it, a sass function. The question is about where to configure this deployment in priority. I made a couple of snippets for frequently used ones, but I would like to just change the cursor position of all functions at once to inside the brackets and not behind them.
The same is true about the square, which unfolds all sorts of cycles and so on.
Please tell us what it is called and where to set it up (at least about the functions, where is the cube); if it is clear about the wrench that it is emmet, then it is not clear about the cube. Maybe I'm not so good at googling, but "how to configure sass function deployment" and similar gives just a guide to sass.
